The hotel staff was so friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfy. The restaurant breakfast was delicious.

Very unhappy and disappointed customer
When checking in, they did not have my reservation there. I had all of the information, my booking confirmation email as well as my itinerary number and yet I was lucky they did have 1 room avaliable. I paid for the room using the same credit card that i have on file for my hotels .com account. Thus i used that card to pay for my room and apparently hotels. Com charged me also. Now i am being told it was non refundable. I understand that policy but if they could find the reservation made using Hotels. Com why am i being charged?? This is unacceptable. I want my account credited back the amount i was charged please. Question from a company point of view why do business with a company like Marriott Columbus North East, if there not taking care of your customers. And better yet are you Hotels. Com going to do the right thing and take care of your customer (that has used your company to book trips multiple times this past year and even after this inconvenience, last weekend i used your company again to book a hotel) Do the right thing. Please take care of your customers.

It is an older property but has been well cared for. It was quiet and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The beds weren't great but they weren't bad. We were in a good location to get where we wanted to go and felt safe. Overall a "good" experience.

The front desk was not the friendliest when check in. For the high price of the hotel, I would have liked my fridge to have worked and not spoil the $80 of food I bought for the weekend. Then ice was not working everywhere.

订的双床房,到了办入住说是没有双床,给的一张大床+沙发,找了携程协调才换回双床房。旅游的心情一下就变的不愉快了。
非常好,而且安静。我觉得这里很僻静,非常适合周末去。
我们的房间很漂亮,空调也很棒!前台的工作人员很棒……给我们指路,人也特别好!
酒店本身很不错,但是办理入住时工作人员很粗鲁,我们到房间时,房间应该是大床房,结果却是双床房。
当我打电话给前台时,同样粗鲁的女士告诉我,当所有大床房都被订满时,房间就会降级,这怎么可能呢?我在抵达前一周预订了一间大床房。无论如何,我们充分利用了它,在哥伦布度过了愉快的时光!
