We were impressed with the room being very clean. We appreciated the tv being able to stream to keep the kids content. And the staff was very courteous. The morning we checked out we forgot a shirt in the bathroom and the front desk was able to catch us before we could leave to retrieve it. We will definitely reserve a room again in the future.

Breakfast was good but not great. Beds were super comfortable and everything was clean. They keep the water heater set to the minimum so hot water was a joke until we co.plained and they told us to "leave it running" but i literally waoted 20 minutes and it didnt get hotbuntil after i complained so maybe they adjusted it afterward. Also they dont have doorstops in the main hallways so tjey use rolled up towels shoved between the door and carpet to keep doors open. Pool was nice and everything was quiet and clean. Would stay again though it was a nice hotel though not perfect.

Room was nice. For 3 days no hot water and nothing was done about it, told the front desk & it wasn’t fix. No offer of a credit or anything for the lack of hot water.

It was very clean. That's what I look for and good customer service. They had both.
总的来说，我们住得很愉快。但让我们非常失望的是，这家酒店已经没有按摩浴缸了。我们就是冲着按摩浴缸才订的这家酒店。所以，当旅行网站上写着有热水浴缸，酒店里也还有指示牌提及热水浴缸，结果却发现没有时，我们感到非常失望。实际上，你甚至能看到他们拆除按摩浴缸的痕迹。

一切都很棒，只是酒店各处的门（侧门、洗衣房、卧室）都很难打开，关门时会发出很大的声响。房间很棒，停车位充足，早餐也很完美。
