Double Tree it’s-self was a nice hotel, but my room was horrible.
Starting with the shower. The drain was so badly clogged that the shower did not drain, during my shower I was standing in ankle deep water at the end of my shower.
The shower head its-self had a digital read out of the water temp.. Hot water was only 90 degrees. During my stay weather outside was cold, rain, mixed with snow. My body temp is 98.6 degs, I would lo loved to had a hot shower…
Due to my medical condition, I have to prepare my meals.. The refrigerator in the room was non-functional. So I lost all my meas.
NO micro-wave in the room, even the cheap motel 8’s offer a micro-wave…
I will never stay at this establishment again.

离克利夫兰不远。酒店对面就有好几家餐厅和购物中心。开车去库雅荷加谷国家公园大约15-20分钟。
地板上到处都是头发球。装修过时了。浴室的墙纸也在剥落。
总体很棒，员工也很友好。食物也很美味。
房间和亚洲的酒店不一样、没有拖鞋、热水壶、牙刷…. 设施比较老旧、早餐不错！
酒店餐厅不错，设施也不错。我觉得前台和早餐的工作人员服务态度可以稍微改进一下。最后，电梯看起来已经很旧了，可能不太安全。
房间很一般。员工需要改进。
房间本身很正常，但是出去回来后，房间没有打扫。当我联系前台要一条毛巾时，他们让我过来拿。当我被要求把不必要的毛巾放在走廊上时，它们最终被留在那里，直到两天后我退房。
我认为如果前台工作人员经过全面培训就好了。
