Changed my room 2x. Wreaked like smoke and must. Shower was barely warm and tub would not drain. Open bottles of water in one of the rooms. Very unhappy.

I always stay here but this latest visit was extremely sub-par. Front office staff was rude and dismissive and I’ve never experienced that treatment here prior. The HVAC or something broke at 3am making a horrible noise all throughout the floor. I had to call the front desk, they did alleviate the issue quickly.

离克利夫兰不远。酒店对面就有好几家餐厅和购物中心。开车去库雅荷加谷国家公园大约15-20分钟。
地板上到处都是头发球。装修过时了。浴室的墙纸也在剥落。
总体很棒，员工也很友好。食物也很美味。
房间和亚洲的酒店不一样、没有拖鞋、热水壶、牙刷…. 设施比较老旧、早餐不错！
酒店餐厅不错，设施也不错。我觉得前台和早餐的工作人员服务态度可以稍微改进一下。最后，电梯看起来已经很旧了，可能不太安全。
房间很一般。员工需要改进。
房间本身很正常，但是出去回来后，房间没有打扫。当我联系前台要一条毛巾时，他们让我过来拿。当我被要求把不必要的毛巾放在走廊上时，它们最终被留在那里，直到两天后我退房。
我认为如果前台工作人员经过全面培训就好了。
