The check in staff was very nice. I asked to move to a different room because the first room's heat was not adequate. The staff brought me hot chocolate to warm me up and helped me move to the new room. Very professional!

Needed a shuttle to the hotel from airport. Called hotel waited 45 minutes. Called 3 times when van picked us up the name on the van was for Embassy hotel but Residence Inn was where we were staying. Hotel person did not tell us this. The van driver came 3 times and left. Then the last time he stopped and said he picks up for 3 hotels.
He said this happens to him many times as the Residence Inn Hotel front desk forgets to tell customer waiting for shuttle service,

Great for a business trip
Great breakfast, clean spacious rooms, wonderful lobby and a friendly staff. The beds are very stiff, which is my only knock - but for a one-night business trip this place was otherwise perfect.

The service was easy, kind, fast. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were super comfy. Our crunchy family took full advantage of thebfull kitchen in our suite to reheat our healthy food. We could easily have cooked from scratch here.
Breakfast was big and delicious. The facilities were lovely: great pool & 2 workout rooms had just what we needed, large lobby with various coves 2 tv's with remotes handy.
Only complaints: the patio furniture could have been cleaned & arranged daily.
Coffee earlier.
Stecia, monk fruit, xylitol, or erythritol would have been nice next to the coffee. Sucralose is closer chemically to agent orange than sugar, and worse for metabolic health also. Aspartame we also know is a horror. Thanks.

我的班机取消臨時在机场租房的。顺便去练高尔夫。
早餐很好，不是大酒店的水平。但是很好。
工作人员很友好。地方很干净。停车场需要重新铺设，有点粗糙。唯一的问题是早餐。他们没有黄油，而且可供选择的菜品似乎很少。
