The service was easy, kind, fast. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were super comfy. Our crunchy family took full advantage of thebfull kitchen in our suite to reheat our healthy food. We could easily have cooked from scratch here.
Breakfast was big and delicious. The facilities were lovely: great pool & 2 workout rooms had just what we needed, large lobby with various coves 2 tv's with remotes handy.
Only complaints: the patio furniture could have been cleaned & arranged daily.
Coffee earlier.
Stecia, monk fruit, xylitol, or erythritol would have been nice next to the coffee. Sucralose is closer chemically to agent orange than sugar, and worse for metabolic health also. Aspartame we also know is a horror. Thanks.

I booked the property because of the Marriot name and reputation. It did not live up to my expectations. We had a suite with a king bed. The bed should
have been replaced years ago and we just sank to the ground. The room was pretty run down and needed a face lift. Maid service was supposed to be every other day. The room wasn’t touched. We had to go to the. Desk for towels, Kleenex, and toilet paper. Breakfast was sparse and not well stocked. Eggs were well done and the frittatas were burned on the bottom. There are too many options in the KC area to give this a second chance.

The breakfast was very disappointing and closed earlier than stated. It also doesn’t seem right that as a hotel guest you have to pay for daily parking.
