The thermostat in the room would not work properly, so we were hot all weekend. The mini fridge also didn’t work. I took our drinks out Sunday morning and they weren’t even chilled. Our cookies also had ants in the bags. Unfortunately, this was my worst experience at Doubletree by far.

Bedding was clean and nice. Great location with nice views. While staff was very pleasant, I was told the rooms didn’t have refrigerators. The room did have one. I requested towels. They took all the dirty ones and never left wash cloths. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel

This facility is absolutely stunning! The staff is amazing & they keep their amenities & restaurants open longer than most hotels allowing late arriving guests the same luxuries!! Highly recommend!!

The bathroom was disgusting. I feel like they tried to renovate but left things short. There was no body wash in the shower. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom. The shower barely had any pressure. Not worth $160/night. You’re better off staying at the Comfort inn next door

Rundown and Overpriced
Hotel looks nice from the outside but inside it is old and rundown. The phones in the rooms look like they are from 1982. The furniture from 1992. It's OK for a night in Bay City, MI but a bit pricey.

Overall, OK. Main issues were multiple conferences when we were there (good for them, but made things crazy busy). And 1 of the 2 elevators were out of order. And did I mention multiple conferences going on...with 1 elevator!
Great location though and overall decent hotel.
And oh, yeah, they never emailed me my receipt!
