I believe there are some renovations occurring, but the accommodations are super clean. And I love the cafe being available! Kudos! The only concern was the room didn’t have any face towels. I let the front desk know but it took sometime for room service to respond.

Way over priced not to provide complementary breakfast. Charged for breakfast in which did not participate because it was was overpriced too

This was a very nice hotel, clean and friendly. They are doing renovations and the 4th floor we stayed on had completed renovation. We really liked that most of the floor of the room was hard (tile bathroom, laminate otherwise, with carpet only around the beds. Hotel rooms should not have carpet, as it's disgusting (holding onto filth/odors), and I was encouraged to see that this room had very little. The housekeeping staff were very polite, as were the desk associates. I always clean with clorox wipes when I go into a hotel room, and did so here as well. I did it just for extra at this hotel. It was already clean, and didn't skeeve me out at all. Impressive!

This place had no WiFi, horrible view and tight parking. I called customer service and was told the only thing that could be done was give me add points to my account balance. It *never* happened. I spoke with several customer service agents and nothing has been resolved. I would not recommend this place at all.

The rooms were really nice, comfortable and clean… there is no Resturant , that was a little disappointing …there is a bristo, not sure what they had though..,
