The room was huge and clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was great. Would be nice to have the option for at least a free continental breakfast for what the rooms cost. The Bistro is nice but slightly costly

The hotel was extremely clean from the time you walk in. My only complaint is not having free coffee/breakfast. The bistro prices are outrageous.

Unable to sleep - the blackout curtains blocked no light at night, being near light posts this was a problem.

Clean, comfortable room which looked to be recently updated. Great location in proximity to local shops & restaurants. We arrived late and left early so we didnt get to try the food & bar but we will definitely stay here agian.

I was hear a few years ago and ordered the oatmeal. Last time it came with a little cup of brown sugar, nuts and dried cranberries. It was so much tastier.
Dinner was a grain bowl- grain was mushy and overcooked.

I booked and paid for a room with a king size bed and a sleeper sofa. I got a room with a queen size bed and no sleeper sofa. I went to the front desk and they took my number and told me they would speak with the manager and have her give me a call. No call, no compensation.
