Elevator didn’t work. Had to carry my luggage up to third floor. Ice machine on third floor didn’t work had to go to 2nd floor for ice. Very inconvenient after returning from a work related event. Not much parking. Had trouble entering the building from the back after returning from the work related event. Made for a bad ending of a long day.

The lobby smells like a perfume factory! Heavy scented! As an autoimmune person made it hard to go in and out of there!

Room smell is not good, the curtain rod is half dropped, the breakfast is so so, specially don’t like the boiled egg, like fake egg flavor
