Room was clean, was only slightly put off by the age of the bathtub, could tell it had been previously repaired, there was a black spot on the edge that had been partially painted over. Admittedly, did not take advantage of the shower, just the sink, the soap and the lotion. Grateful for the complimentary water, refrigerator and microwave, needed to store my food. Enjoyed the breakfast and the food variety. Bed was comfortable.

One do not apologize for any inconvenience. You didn’t want to fix it when I was there you sure don’t care when I am not so your apology means notta. Until 3am our neighbor had their tv on 100 and kept us up as they ran the hallway. 235-237 am we called the front desk with no answer. Finally 330am we were able to get rest. At 8am or 815am the house keeping crew thought it was appropriate to hold a loud conversation outside our door. Then thought running the sweeper was great idea by our door. We finally got to sleep from 930am to 1030am. After checking out I explained our frustration to the front desk. With a nice smile she said sorry and walked away. She could care less if I was up all night or not. Great customer service rt? No… it was the worse. Thankfully Marietta has several options to stay now a days.

I've stayed here three other times (even during renovations). The staff had an edge to them this time. From front desk to breakfast staff. It was almost passive/ aggressive. Clicking their tongue... just strange. They were very strict about only 2 bottles of water per stay without a charge, I stayed 3 nights! There are many hotels in the area and even though I usually use Hilton brands, I'm going to try other brands in the area.

This property is undergoing a refresh and is very clean and fresh looking.
The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever experienced at a Hampton Inn… and I’ve stayed at many! The pillows were equally bad.

Great hotel but under renovations
We have stayed here a number of times returning from Florida. I would've given a top rating but they currently are renovating the property and I just couldn't given a top rating.

Nice overall
They were remodeling , but what they have done looks very nice. Will probably be back next year for softball, and I’m sure it will look great!

The night manager, Elizabeth (?), was a huge help printing off some documents I needed when the hotel's computers were off line.
The hotel was going through renovations while I was there.
