This Hampton has it all. Very clean and up to date. Shopping and dining very close. We had a wonderful stay

It’s great to see this property being renovated and updated. The continental breakfast choices were quite good. We observed a very conscientious housekeeping & front desk staff. Check-in was quick & easy.

The problem is *******, when I got to the hotel ******* never sent over the reservation. That 3for 3 in the last two years. Trust is gone and will not be using ******* in the future.

The room was spotless and the staff were super attentive and friendly. The breakfast was superb, along with the breakfast attendant! The pool and hot tub were also great!

我们住得很愉快。早餐很棒，房间也很干净。工作人员既乐于助人又很友善。
我们入住和退房，每次都被告知我们是通过“第三方应用程序”付款的。入住时，他们告诉我们四月份不应该用*******预订房间，因为*******的付款方式很差。退房时，他们告诉我们可以拿到收据，因为我们用第三方应用程序付款了，结果再次遭到了不礼貌的对待。地毯太脏了！他们告诉我酒店两周后会重新装修。然而，床很干净。住了第一晚后，我们白天去了附近的地方。下午4点回来，发现我们的房间没有打扫，而是被拆开了。一张床的部分被剥光了，另一张床上还有枕头，但其他的都没打扫！浴室里还有脏毛巾。经理过来叫来清洁工，当着我们的面对她大喊大叫，让她打扫房间！清洁工道歉说她当时心不在焉，没有打扫完，但房间登记打扫完毕。泳池也不干净。主泳池的水像唾液一样，上面全是泡沫，而且太冷了，根本没法进去。其他使用热水浴缸的人都在抱怨清洁不彻底。即便如此，早餐还是很不错的，工作人员也很友好，乐于助人。我们不会再住那里了。
不要留下任何东西，他们不会归还。一切都很好，直到我落下了几件东西，比如一个扬声器和一个装着驾照的衣服的袋子，但没有人看到。我打了好几次电话，所以我假设他们偷了它。
