Justin (who fed us breakfast every morning) was amazing. He was kind, attentive and cheerful. He went above and beyond.

The hotel was filthy. We had two queen beds. The first had dirty blankets, and we found used gauze—yes, gauze. The second bed had brown hair and dirty sheets. They moved us to a room with a king bed. We folded down the covers, and there were fake eyelashes, dirt, and stained sheets. We left the hotel at 11 p.m. and drove three hours home. It was unacceptable. We have photos of everything.

Since we were late check in due to arriving to wedding a few miles away, we ended up with handicap room. Room was ok. Breakfast was good, just felt bad with only 1 gentleman attending to breakfast area. He was running around like crazy! Other than that, nice hotel.

Plenty of parking, easy access to area resturants and shopping. Very friendly staff! The rooms and hotel in general were clean and orderly. Would stay here again.

Convenient location, but very noisy as it is located next to the freeway.
Breakfast was subpar. Eggs were barely recognizable. The coffee was better than average.
Mattress has seen better days; it was lumpy and gave no support. Sheets were almost threadbare.
The pool was nice. That was a plus. The towels were, unfortunately, on the small side.
The showerhead was awesome!
Ultimately, I don't think we will be staying here again. I've been in nicer hotels for less money.

We smelled mold the minute we walked into the building. Also, there was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom in our room. Both nights, around 4 a.m. there was banging somewhere on our floor. No idea what it was from, but disappointing to be woken up by it. Later in the morning it started in again.

The hotel was very hard to find, no signage near the road at all. The room smelled weird and the carpeting was wet! We arrived later in the evening so just needed to sleep. The bed was comfortable and it was fine for what we needed. Seems like a really good cleaning and deodorizing would help a lot!

A vacuum goes a long way in first impressions
The room looked like maybe only beds were changed in towels outside of that. There was hair in the bathroom and the floor of the hotel room was filthy. We were only there for the night (maybe 10 hours total) I definitely would’ve requested a cleaner room.
