Short trip
The staff was nice and the hotel rooms were clean. The hotel is also centrally located that you can walk to alot of shops and restaurants.

The convenience of the location was great. The room layout was very good. We would definitely stay there again.

Average hotel but clean and easy access to all frankenmuth amenities. Perfect for just a stay- do not expect luxury but a clean room with plenty of space and basic necessities. No safe but does have a small fridge and microwave.

Many other hotel choices available.
Very unhappy. We reserved a king and got two queens. Found a dirty sock under the chair. Pool and hot tub were prime reasons for choosing this hotel. Neither were open for the duration of our stay. No hot water for tea at breakfast and was told to wait while they heated water. With all of these issues combined, I do not feel we can give a good recommendation.

I would have to say there was no pool or hot tub to be used but the hotel accommodated taking money off her bill

We enjoyed the service and the food in the hotel and the surrounding area 😀 We recommend this area for a fun and relaxing trip.
