Excellent staff and customer service; however the remodel is not great. Air in one room could not cut off or adjust. Stayed on blowing cold. Door by lock was carved out. Some room outlets don’t work. Water in some rooms smelled like sewage. Stayed in 3 different rooms. However, the staff was amazing.

Very disappointed with hotel, amenities and dirty rooms. Was changed to a different room and the tub was full of hair. Very disappointed
挺好的，服务员很好，我们到早了，给我们提前办入住了，好早点休息。酒店卫生不错，很干净，整体很满意。
房间设施都一般，酒店有年头了，入住时一楼部分还在装修，优点是房间还算大，附近有一个购物广场和电影院
酒店正在进行全面翻修，但酒店并没有隔离部分区域，以便现有客人能够安全舒适地入住，而是将整个酒店都打乱了。而且******* 也没有提供任何通知。更糟糕的是，******* 提供了价格更高的带露台的房间，但酒店表示所有房间价格相同，并且不接受带露台的请求。
淋浴的热水无法调节。花了很长时间才调整好，当我终于调整好时，热水会立即变得滚烫，我不得不重新开始。由于这个问题，我提前退房，正在等待昨晚的退款。
食品和饮料价格高昂，这是个缺点，菜单有限，而且有些菜品没有。选择了一份烤 3 奶酪三明治，再也不会点了——面包太多，奶酪太少，味道很淡。
预订后，我到达时他们告诉我没有干净的房间了。
