Easy to get to and staff was very friendly. Only thing to call out was that the air conditioner was very loud and ran all night.

Grout needed cleaned, shower base very dirty, lack of water pressure in shower, water almost scalding, very limited bistro menu but good we had was very good. No guest room should be beside guest laundry, no ice machine on 1st floor, toilets sit too low to floor and no grab bars.

Dothan Courtyard nightmare
checked in late, tired, and was given keys, went to room, and went into bathroom , and floor was terrible, tile was broken, (3) tile, and floor was squeekie, and felt broken under tile, grout was all out of tile, shower was clogging up on the floor, and toilet handle was loose, and not working, slow water sound all nite.went to bed, and remodeled A/C was blowing on the bed area, loud, and kept clicking off and on. ALL NITE, was a horrible stay.Gets worse!
Came back following evening, NO room service at all! wet towels, wash cloths, still there, no fresh bedding, and NO replentishment of coffee kits, and no clean glasses.
Asked why, they said the new policy is, service ONLY every 3 days. Well, what about my 2 day stay? I got nothing but the same. The worst Marriott Courtyard building and stay i have ever had, for the 23 years of gold/platinum level status, this is what I got!
NEVER STAY IN THIS PROPERTY AGAIN! BE WARNED!

The stay was average, most hotels offer complementary breakfast, this one did not. They did offer a coffee brew machine in the room but coffee was horrible. The staff was courteous, the room was clean and bed comfortable.

The only thing I can say positive was the gentleman that checked us in.
Besides that, we feel that this hotel may not have been a Courtyard originally. Lipstick on a pig is the way I felt.
The carpet and floor was absolutely filthy which made the shower stall filthy and stained. I knew my feet where clean, but after walking on the floor for, maybe 10 minutes, my feet where so black and dirty the dirt poured off my feet when I took a shower. See pics for more issues. I felt we were in a motel near a truck stop and not a Courtyard

It was gorrible i had to wait to check in with no excuse why i had to oay extra fees and there was no food served that evening or that morning
