Our stayover service is every other day, however our system doesn't count the night of arrival, so you wouldn't have been scheduled for service during your stay. I had been doing my administrative work and helping other staff quite a bit that morning due to the full house the night before. Still, I apologize I wasn't able to catch you the first time.
