My husband and there were on a quick in and out, a one night stay. We made it to the hotel hours before check-in time and while we did have to wait, Glenda did her absolute best to get us in a room as soon as possible. She was super accommodating and made sure we were taken care of. She always had a warm and welcoming smile on her face and it was much appreciated. We went to the bar area that evening and had a great pizza and local beers recommended to us by William. William was phenomenal and gave us great service. We enjoyed his enthusiasm. Overall, great stay! Thank you Double Tree Team!

I LOVE THIS SHELTER! So accommodating to the urban campers taking over Colorado. I was able to do all my Fent and Crystal here in the comforts of my tax paid room!! Probably the best investment our FANTASTIC governor purchased. I love this and the Embassy Suites off Hampden! Tons of great liquor stores near by you can just take bottles from too!!! HIGH-LY RECOMMEND

We picked this hotel because it was near where we were visiting. The front desk staff were very nice and I always appreciate the warm cookie. The rooms seemed rather tired though, especially for a Doubletree. I heard a lot of hall noise at first (I was on the ground floor), but later everything was quiet and I slept well. Breakfast was a very nice buffet with lots of choices. The property is oddly located and we missed the turnoff for it the first time.

This hotel was gross. The rooms were clearly neglected from a maintenance standpoint; walls were dinged, carpets were dingy, and the bathrooms could have been out of a college dorm room. Nothing was cleaned properly and there were ants in the bathroom! Literally found ants crawling on a toothbrush. The staff are incredibly snarky and unhelpful. Honestly I’ve never stayed at a Hilton where the staff have been so rude and don’t follow up on issues. If you value your money and not risking getting a foot fungus in the shower. Don’t stay here.
