Towels need an upgrade
The only reason I didn't give a perfect rating for comfort was the towels. No nice puppy soft towels here. Seemed like they belonged in a cheaper hotel.

Spring Break
Wonderful stay for spring break. Beds were comfortable and hotel was really clean and nicely made up. Would definitely stay here again.

床很舒服，出差短期没问题
我不喜欢住无障碍客房，预订时非常谨慎。但当我到达房间时，发现是无障碍客房，我打电话给前台，他们却说房间已经订满了，无法安排其他房间。客户体验非常糟糕。
前台那个戴鼻环的女孩超级粗鲁！需要帮助时，她总是冷漠无情，反应迟钝。特大床套房里有一张特大床和一张折叠沙发，其实就是一张单人床。说是可以睡四个成人。不可能……简直是笑话，误导大众。毯子很便宜，折叠沙发超级不舒服！！房间很脏，是我住过的最差的酒店。他们发布虚假评论，这就是他们赖以生存的秘诀。
