Great room. Our timing is after season so the outdoor bar and pool are closed. No matter. Grand Haven has wonderful bars and restaurants to keep us entertained

Never, ever again will I stay when there is a kids tourney. Kids running up and down the halls and yelling. Parents standing in the hallways trying to talk over the kids with their Bush light in their hand. Tried to call the front desk. The room phone did not work. Tried calling the physical address, just when to some reservations place. Oh, did I tell you it was still going on at 10 PM. It was Aweful!!!! Never staying at a Holiday Inn ever again.

The room had a musty odor. The lounge area by the tiki bar was disheveled. The staff was friendly. Close to downtown Grand Haven where there was alot to do and cool restaurants.

We had an accessible room but there were no bars by the toilet or shower! Everything else was great!

The view from our hotel window was very relaxing. I enjoyed seeing the water and the boats. We also enjoyed walking in the area. However, we were disappointed by the lack of some amenities in the hotel. One being lack of room service. We assumed that a hotel of this caliber would have room service, unfortunately they don't.

DO NOT LET THE LOCATION LURE YOU!
The property is not kept in good condition. During our 4 day stay, the hallway to our room (both carpet and tile) was never cleaned. Our room was never vacuumed during our stay even though we never put the do not clean sign on our door. The most disappointing part was the condition of the outdoor spaces mainly the pool and patio area. Again, during our stay, the areas were never cleaned. The patio furniture is in terrible condition along with the overall condition of the pool area. The hotel is in an awesome location, facing docks of high end boats. This was its only redeeming quality as far as the physical facility goes. Another bright spot was the staff, especially the servers in the hotel restaurant. They were always friendly.

我们当时和孙女们的冰球队一起去的。我觉得工作人员处理得非常好，现场一片混乱！他们应该拿到奖金。
