The condition of the room was fair at best. Wallpaper was peeling, there was dirt on the doors, cracked tiles in the bath. No one was at the front desk when we arrived at 6;30 pm, I had to call out and wait several minutes for someone to arrive. The one shining star was the breakfast buffet, in particular the attendant Hailey who was cheering and very helpful.

Room had a slight smell and could have been from collected dust. I had to use a towel to clean the air vent from caked on dust and dirt. Breakfast for three days was the same food, and I’m sure if food was left over it was served again the next morning.

The room was very nice but cold. The clerk tried to adjust the thermostst but didnt work. He moved us to another room that was very comfortable. Nice rooms.

Freddy was the desk agent who checked me in after a grueling 11 hour day of driving. He was friendly, considerate, and helped me feel less stressed just checking me in! The room was clean. Bed was super comfortable. Highly recommend!

The room was ok. The bathroom tub was dirty. The couch was stained and dirty. Other then that the room was acceptable.

Wrote down and told us the wrong room number which led to us being locked out at 3am, then couldn't find anyone to help us. Requested a late checkout while checking in, was informed it would be 20.00 which I agreed to and we could check out at 1pm. Staff began knocking and calling at 10am (check out isn't until 11am). I reminded them we requested a late check (SAME guy calling was the guy that gave us the wrong room number and I had already requested the late check out from) he said again it would be 20.00. I said that was fine. Got my card statement today and they charged me 50.00. We travel for work and stay in hotels weekly, worst services I have EVER received from a hotel.

Breakfast menu was fresh however the choices were limited to sausage patties somewhat hard biscuits gravy and eggs. The staff was friendly and the room was clean but the tub / shower could use some renovation. Around where the drain was looked a little worn.
