Stay was over Thanksgiving. Lobby was decorated and Christmas music was playing. Very charming. The staff are very friendly. Time for the property to update and refresh.

The room was fine. I was charged an extra night that I didn’t authorize. Unfortunately, it’s thanksgiving and I will have to wait to see how the situation is resolved. However, there was a mishap on the property’s side when checking in and out. Verify your stay when you check in!

Hotel is dated. When someone shuts a door to another room, the bed shakes. You can hear people easily on the elevator as well as people in the parking lot.

I like this place it was excellent i stayed there with family for two days and it was so comfortable abd it was so comforting and comfortable and the staff was friendly and i would definitely come again and the rooms felt like home and it was very clean

Dark parking lot at night, not enough lights. People lurking around outside. First room assigned had a door that wouldn’t close or lock, second room smelled like mold and towels in the bathroom were damp on the shelf. Room was very outdated.

This is s terrific Staybridge location. Great staff, clean and comfortable rooms, nice breakfast and a perfect location.
