The room was adequate,the breakfast ran out of bananas and never replaced, could of served up some bacon ,need more than tow carafe of coffee.More channels on the television

The front desk was very accommodating to my early check in needs. The room was spotless on arrival and the snacks and breakfast foods are amazing. Enjoyed my stay.

房间很干净，床也很舒服。性价比还不错。
这家酒店完全出乎我的意料。夜班审计员非常粗鲁，还带有刻板印象地对待客人。房间角落和桌子后面都有虫子。房间显然没有彻底打扫过，因为在我们入住期间，里面有残留的酒、空酒瓶和积水。我向前台工作人员反映了夜班审计员的态度和房间问题，他们告诉我，他们已经习惯了对那个员工的投诉，而且经理可能不会采取任何行动。退房后我才发现我把一个电视棒落在房间里了，而且和我同行的孩子把她的项链也弄丢在了其中一个房间里。第二天早上我打电话给酒店询问这些物品，并想和经理谈谈（因为我入住期间她不在），结果是另一位前台工作人员接了电话，她记下了我的信息，并告诉我客房部的经理会联系我，因为我的房间还没有租出去。但我一直没有接到任何电话或联系，这种流程持续了三天。三天后，我仍然没有收到任何回复，我猜客房服务员把那些东西私吞了，前台工作人员关于经理的说法是正确的……总之，这家酒店不值得花钱！
酒店设施陈旧，维护不佳。
入住时，我们被告知入住的是翻新房。浴缸里有污渍，水槽排水缓慢，一切都干净整洁，但又有点脏。泳池没有清洁，第二天我把头发捞了出来，孩子们第一天才看到。健身房没有设备消毒剂。大堂卫生间因异味和环境问题无法使用。我们的房卡一直失效，我们不得不换了好几张。考虑到酒店的整体状况，价格实在太高了。
这家酒店值得入住。非常棒
物超所值。房间很棒，宽敞舒适。早餐以美国标准来说非常好。清洁人员有些不足；他们两天都没打扫房间。我不得不主动要求打扫。除此之外，我强烈推荐这家酒店。
糟糕的住宿体验
这是我过去10年住过的所有Spring Hill套房酒店里最糟糕的一家。这家酒店非常老旧，急需翻新。价格高昂，舒适度极低，而且还有臭虫。
