The staff was great, friendly, attentive, professional. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. We had an issue with the room keys and needed to get new ones almost every time we left the room. One of the staff said the battery needed to be replaced on the door mechanism. It caused us minor inconvenience having to go up & down multiple times for keys. We were happy to have a breakfast available with a variety of food options, coffee and juice.

The staff at the desk were kind and accommodating. The room was in need of a complete update!! The carpet was worn and frayed throughout, especially at the doorway to the bathroom. The shower had something dark brown lining part of the shower surround. I can send photos to you if you would like. This is my second unpleasant experience with a Marriott Hotel! I probably will not book another!!

Room was clean. However Room was dinky with less space. Bath tub was old and a little slippery. Shower water pressure was not satisfactory. Room service is only every other day. However front desk was friendly and provided whatever supplies that were needed. Door Key kept failing.

酒店设施陈旧,维护不佳。
入住时,我们被告知入住的是翻新房。浴缸里有污渍,水槽排水缓慢,一切都干净整洁,但又有点脏。泳池没有清洁,第二天我把头发捞了出来,孩子们第一天才看到。健身房没有设备消毒剂。大堂卫生间因异味和环境问题无法使用。我们的房卡一直失效,我们不得不换了好几张。考虑到酒店的整体状况,价格实在太高了。
这家酒店值得入住。非常棒
物超所值。房间很棒,宽敞舒适。早餐以美国标准来说非常好。清洁人员有些不足;他们两天都没打扫房间。我不得不主动要求打扫。除此之外,我强烈推荐这家酒店。

这是我过去10年住过的所有Spring Hill套房酒店里最糟糕的一家。这家酒店非常老旧,急需翻新。价格高昂,舒适度极低,而且还有臭虫。
