Would have been a nice stay except for the allowance of children in the pool area unattended making it miserable for other quests to enjoy the pool. They allowed a birthday/ pool party which is unacceptable. The entitlement of the quests was over the top with no consideration for others!

The only fault I had with the entire experience was the elevator. The button wouldn't work on the 4th floor and the elevator felt a little unstable. There were only two of us with one suitcase and the floor dropped every tine when stepped in.

审计员正在与为我们办理入住的那位女士发生争执。她不让她把我们安排在可用的房间里，因为她正在为某人保留它。我们在 6:30 办理入住，她要求我们一个小时后回来拿房间。这是非常不专业和粗鲁的。
