Besides being clean and comfortable, the service at the hotel was excellent. We were there for a celebration of life, and everyone went out of their way to make sure everything was satisfactory for everyone in our party. The bar/restaurant people were especially accommodating to our large group.

The staff is friendly and attentive and the lobby is beautiful. Our room was ok. The shower didn’t drain, so we were standing in about 3 inches of water everytime we showered.

Food was okay. Nothing special. Room wasn’t the cleanest. Hair clogging bathroom drain, food on floor, and door took two people to get to lock.

The hotel itself was fine. There was only 2 washers and 2 dryers. The room and beds were comfortable. I felt it was ridiculous to charge for breakfast, so we didn't. Staff was meh. Head front desk guy made an under his breath comment about booking through a third party - just rude; and the other guy kept charging my card the $100 hold fee and I had to show him it had already gone through multiple times. Just a bit of drama that didnt need to be there. The hotel is pretty big, but ample parking. Restaurant on site.
