Elevator broken
The elevator was out and had been for over a week. Fortunately there was one room left on ground floor and was able to a 2nd floor for other room. Not ideal when you have people with difficulty walking. The first floor room smelled strongly of mildew. It was all ok but not what I’m used to when traveling The shower over tub was fine. The room looked clean and the 2nd floor bed was comfortable. Nice having coffee and tea available in lobby. Breakfast was good.

Stayed for 2 nights during Ole Miss move in. Great price, front desk was very friendly, breakfast was great! Room was clean, cozy and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The room was comfortable, the pool was nice and the breakfast and employees were great! I want to say that Dana on the desk and Lawrie (sp) in the breakfast area were especially nice!

Don’t Stay Here
The room was dirty, blinds broken, smelled liked stale smoke, no trash bags in containers, and bed had a mattress pad on-top on the sheet.

The duvet is on top of all of our sheets and then the mattress pad is under the sheets on all our beds. As for the cleanliness issues, we will get with our housekeeping team to see what was missed and deliver better for our future guests.

Needed a day!
Everything was good but needs more coffee accessories like (extra sugar packs). The bathroom floor was not clean. Beds very comfortable! Could hear all noises in hallway! Blinds on the window were broken.
