The room we received smelled like mold. I immediately informed the staff and they handed me Lysol and an air freshener. Although they said they were booked I complained about it. They did not attempt to look for a solution. After 2 days in the room my wife developed breathing issues and I went to the staff again. They said I had to wait until the morning shift for them to try to move me. I even told them that my wife had to leave the room and was sleeping in our vehicle and no movement from the staff. I proceeded to pack up the room while my wife was in our vehicle in the event that we found a new room. I even went on line and it showed that there was a mobility room available but the staff said it was a mix up between the location and corporate. My wife came back to the hotel and asked to speak to a manager and guess what they did, give us the mobility room I asked for an hour before. Needless to say I tried to get a refund for the 3 days of suffering from the hotel and ******* but of course I received nothing from the hotel saying it was against policy and ******* only offered a refund that I can only use if I use ******* to book something else. I wanted my money back for the 3 days of suffering in that room but I got nothing. They both took my money and that was that.

Everything was great, little snack store in the lobby saved us quite a few times. Pool was nice, beds and rooms were very clean. Overall no complaints!!

Floor didn’t feel clean. Glaring lights through window even with blinds and curtains shut.

Stayed overnight for work. Close to dining, shopping, and interstate. Will stay again soon.

Not Great
The hotel is older and would benefit from a update. The hotel is pricier that the other hotels in the area but is average at best. We had to ask the cleaning staff for 2 irons, since the room in our room was releasing rust water onto our clothing while ironing. The replacement she gave us wouldn't get hot! The comforter on one of our double beds had yellow stains. The bathtub contained several pieces of hair. We asked the cleaning ataff for another set of towels forn3 people for our next night stay. She left one set in our bathroom as we were out.
The deadbolt lock from inside of the room wouldn't engage. The only safeguard we had if someone else were to have a key was the safety latch at the top of the door. Lastly, the A.C. unit was extremely noisyand prevented us from sleeping uninterrupted during the night. Also, the A.C. unit wasn't cooling properly, so the thermostat stayedbon 60 degrees the entire stay. The room never reached that temperature and added to an uncomfortable sleep. We had an engagement ro get to Saturday morning, so we had no time to stop by the front desk to report the A.C. issue. After leaving, we gave the front desk a call and asked that they get someone to service the A.C. while we were going to be out. The lady clerk said she would have someone look at it. We returned later that night to no change in the condition of the A.C. unit. We had another restless night before checking out this morning.

Honest people work here. I accidentally left my AirPods in my room and they contacted me and saved them for me.
我和妈妈住在这里是为了去看一场30分钟车程外的演唱会。我们周五晚上很晚才到,周六一整天都在外面。等我们周六午夜回到酒店时,房间里热得厉害,于是我联系了前台,告诉她我觉得空调坏了。她告诉了“维修人员”。我听到他问我们为什么现在才打电话。他进来问我们有没有动过空调,然后就离开了,回来时带着一个工业吸尘器,把空调吸了一遍,说应该没问题了,还说74度是完美的温度。结果空调确实没修好,所以我又跟他们说了。这次那位“维修人员”变成了“经理”。我问我们能不能换房间,他们说已经没有双人间了。最终,在等了30分钟到1小时后,他们才给了我一间单人房。那一晚的双人间费用也没有退还给我。我大概不会再住这里了。那位“维修人员”或者“经理”,不管他是谁,都非常粗鲁。
