My mother and I stayed here for a 3 night visit to Hersheypark, and I truly cannot say enough about how fantastic our stay was. The staff was absolutely outstanding, providing top notch customer service from beginning to end. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring.
The hotel itself is immaculate. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and immediately felt like home. And speaking of feeling at home, the staff made sure of it. They took care of every need my mother and I had with pleasure and kindness. It was such a refreshing experience, especially since great customer service in the hospitality industry seems so hard to find these days.
The free hot breakfast was wonderful as well. The staff was kind enough to accommodate a dietary concern for me and my mother, which was genuinely amazing. They truly did not have to, but they did, and we appreciated it more than we can say.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. It will absolutely be our go to spot whenever we are in the area or visiting Hersheypark. From the front desk to the kitchen staff to housekeeping, every person went above and beyond to make our stay special. And for anyone looking for a convenient location, the drive to Hersheypark was only about seven minutes.

Breakfast menu has been altered drastically - No omelets, No bagels. Bagels have been replaced with cheap off the shelf bagels. They are trying to cut corners, and it is obvious.

I can assure you that we do still have omelets, we follow a schedule given to us by Hilton and sometimes omelets are not served. We also have not switched bagels at all. These are the same ones we have been ordering for over a year now. We hope you have a better experience if you come again.

Enjoyed our stay. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Very close to Hershey Park, which was great after a long day. Even with the hotel being fully booked, parking was available. The hotel was fully booked and there were some kids in the hallway playing and slamming doors, but the staff managed the issue pretty well. Overall, great value, would return.

Easy check in, digital key, suite had couch, chair, desk and small sink with the fridge and microwave. Water pressure was good. Heat/AC worked. Small elevator, but it worked. Free breakfast in the morning. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate all day. Quick drive to Hershey Park.

Pillows were terrible. Towels in the bathroom were dirty. A washcloth had blood on it, two towels looked like they had not been washed.
