Room was clean, the people were friendly. The towels seemed very rough. It was hot but the pool was closed.

I sure wish you would put a smoking area that is not at the front door. Seems between guests and staff smoking at the front door, I have to walk trough it, one way or another,

It was very busy when I checked in b/c there was a convention going on but the woman at the front desk was doing a great job of moving people along quickly while also being very pleasant and nice to each person. I have stayed here several times when I am in Bowling Green for work and it's very consistent.

We were so comfortable during our stay here. Great bed, delicious breakfast including hot cinnamon rolls every morning & very friendly staff. The 2 coffee makers grind the beans fresh, then brew each cup fresh - sooo good.
