The carpeting was filthy and the room smelled terrible.

08/29/2025 So we arrive and get room 105, walked in and automatically get hit with mildew and mold toxic smell. I’m like okay well maybe it will go away, yeah right. The tv was broke we couldn’t watch tv so I said let’s go up front. We go up front and told her tv is broke and it smells bad. She said I can move you. She moved us to 111, walked in and the smell was not nearly as bad but the entire carpet was wet/damp. The shower had mold on the walls where you caulk and the bathroom didn’t even have an exhaust fan to suck the steam out or anything. The phone was broken and there was dirty stained curtains. The ac unit barely worked but I just drove almost 500 miles I’m ready to go to bed and leave. I woke up and instantly was coughing wheezing and searched for my meds, which I have for my lungs. I forgot my inhaler at home luckily I didn’t need it. We left before checkout at 730am it was terrible!!! Do not recommend

The place smell of mold and the lady at the front desk that night was really nice and found us another room. Now the room didn’t smell of mold bad. The tub was dirty. At this point o was over this place.

There were big cockroaches in my room. When I went to tell the stamp Cheryl, she beloved at me too, another guest by stating they won’t harm you. She laughed with the other guests and did not take my concern. Well, it was very dismissive when I asked for the manager, she showed me where to get the card instead of getting it for me then pulled on her name tag and say her name was Cheryl The second room she put me in the TV did not work and she had no concern but I stayed there until I got the service. I deserve by the way, which I never received. She did put me into another room at the end of the hall. I was finally in place by midnight to go to sleep, knowing I was leaving in the morning, headed back to Florida. She was very nonchalant and did not take my concern. Seriously, I have a phobia when it comes to bugs, but her position is they’re not gonna get me that they are just water bugs. As often as myself and my family stays there, I am very upset with the service I receive. The dismissiveness let me see that Cheryl didn’t care and to have a conversation with another guest about the bugs in my presence is highly unprofessional. I have never had a problem at the hotel even when I slipped in the shower because the slip mat was not there. I chose not to make a claim or note on the hotel and told the staff who was very friendly that I was OK. to have this relationship with the Hotel and then get treated like this is unacceptable.
I will be back the week of Thanksgiving and hop

We always want all our guest to have the greatest stay with us and the experience you had isn't how we operate. I had reprimanded the front desk attendant for the way she handled the situation. We are addressing the other issues you had. I hope that if you are ever in the area again you will give us a second chance to show you that isn't the experience that we offer when staying with us.

The king room was spacious though the bathroom was a tad on the small side for someone who is 6’2. Otherwise it was a great room.

Great stop on our family trip
We always stay here on our way to Florida for our summer family vacation. The staff is wonderful and so kind. The rooms are always clean and the shower great. It’s a perfect stop in our way and the only place we’ve stayed in Vicksburg!

Hotel was wonderful and the staff was amazing however the only problem I had was the air conditioning filter needs replaced bc it had the room with a mildew smell

We paid 189 dollars for a room and it's pretty crappy that we had to pay for breakfast , should of been included with our stay

I have stayed at this project before and had a great overall experience. I was disappointed to see roaches in my bathroom.
