Easy parking, rooms clean and friendly staff. Walk to shops and restaurants, and close drive to Univ of Iowa. We would definitely stay here again.

I've never had such a great hotel experience for $150. Everything was perfect. Easy to eat nearby and the river is a few min walk away.

Good stay
It’s confusing trying to figure out how to get into the hotel, the parking is behind the building. Overall good, is right off the highway. Breakfast was nice and the room was quiet and clean. Comfortable bed ands loved the ceiling fan.

Top Notch Hotel for Affordable Price
The hotel room was absolutely beautiful, spacious and clean. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Great Stay, Great Location
We had a wonderful stay. The area of town was quiet with restaurants and shops right outside the hotel entrance. Delicious woodburning pizza restaurant directly across the street. Not sure how quiet it would be on a college football weekend. Our room was spacious and very clean. Bed was very comfortable and loved the pillows. Breakfast had lots of choices and better than most complimentary breakfasts offered by other hotels. We would definitely stay again.

Best hotel in Coralville
We stayed for 5 nights at the Homewood suites and it was wonderful! Everything was just as great or even better than I’d expected. Highlights were many: abundant shopping and dining nearby, the pool and hot tub (clean, fun, and just the right temp!), breakfast (I always get my hopes up to be let down, but not here!). We fully enjoyed our stay and there were no downsides at all.
