Be aware this hotel spot is very old, unclean, and not well maintained. The staff was very nice but the place was super seedy. Not a 3 star as advertised.

Amenities: the room lacked a coffee maker (even though it had coffee). When I tried to obtain one the next morning, the office was locked up.
I tried again the following morning and the woman at the desk said she would take care of that.
When I returned in the evening, there was still no coffee maker. It took some time for the gentleman at the desk to find one, but at last I finally had a coffee maker.

Not really for starters everything was dirty but appeared clean and in place. Dishes had dirty smudges, trash wasn’t taken out, tub had a dirt ring, the pull out bed had the shot bottle of fireball liquor and full of snack trash, and the pillow cases had hair on them. Kitchen also didn’t come fully filled with dishes I was missing pots and knives. Under the bed had lots of missed trash. The fridge wouldnt shut so it’s wasn’t keeping food cold. I didn’t have time to address the situation due to me being behind schedule prior to booking, but the room wasn’t in good shape. Staff were nice and polite.

TV connection lost after this snow. Never resolved before our departure. Senior citizens assigned rooms on the second floor with no elevators.
Hauling luggage was a hassle. tiles in the bathroom were laying on the floor. Guest in their adjoining room play his music past midnight.

Everything was great. I always stay here when i come to visit friends. This last visit the microwave didnt work which was frustrating.

Great studio, comfortable bed, clean, quiet. Stayed for 1 night. Plenty of washers and dryers in a separate building in the center of the buildings, best I could tell. Service was very nice and friendly. No elevators, just to be aware.

Staff were friendly, but seemed they had something better to do. I mentioned several maintenance items, once at beginning of stay, nothing changed. Then at end, don’t recall if made any notes.
Completely bed bug bitten at end of stay.
