1st room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, asked to get a room change and was told they had a machine to air it out. I insisted in a change. The lock on the door wasn’t working properly. Had a hard time get back in the room. The fridge went off and I lost the food I put in it. The breakfast however was nice . Its in kind of a weird desolate spot .

The Breakfast was nice. I didn't have a chance to use the computer. This hotel had coffee, tea , hot cocoa.& Cold water in the lobby

A little on the expensive side, and honestly, I expected more. The hotel is tucked away at the end of a dead-end street behind a shopping center. The surrounding area is littered with junk — abandoned shopping carts, garbage, even a discarded dishwasher. (To be fair, this is not directly on the hotel’s property.)
On the property itself, there’s a large herd of feral cats. At night, there must be a nearby bar because the loud thump-thump music carried on until about 10 p.m.
I had asked to be placed near my friend’s room and was told yes, but when I arrived, I was told no — apparently because I had booked through central reservations instead of directly with the hotel. Of course, central booking had no issue taking my payment.
Overall, the experience didn’t live up to the price. I expected better.

We have also let the property manager and town know about the street clutter on the way to hotel. We keep our property pristine, however we unfortunately can not stop bad people from dumping. Convenient and close to NJMP. I just wish the how tub was actually hot than just warm. Otherwise I have no complaints and the 3rd time we’ve stayed there for the MotoAmerica race weekend

The property itself is fine. Tucked away a little bit which is fine. Breakfast staff were great.
Found very disturbing hairs in my room upon checkin. Just felt dirty indicating not a try thorough clean. Hairs in the soap dish and nightstand.
Disappointed in this. Will not be staying again.

The hotel is in a secluded spot away from the road but is only minutes away from decent shopping and food options. Staff is friendly, and their no-party policy makes it easy to relax. The pool and the gym are basic but private. Overall, it was a pretty good if not the greatest experience.
