comfortable with amazing staff
The staff was amazing, the bed was super comfortable. We tested very well. Breakfast was well stocked and delicious. Unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to use the pool but maybe next time.

The property was reasonably priced, convenient to our wedding venue and dining options, and right off the highway (but not too close, so it was quiet).

Great hotel and staff.
This Hampton and staff are the best ever. I had issues with my TV and fridge. They fixed it the next day and even knocked $50 off my bill. They have delicious cookies and water they offer throughout the day. Breakfast was good and plentiful. I will definitely stay here again

我们入住期间发生了臭虫事件。经理两天都没来。我们投诉后，工作人员甚至都没来打扫房间。他们根本不关心我们520房间的臭虫问题。这把我们吓坏了，半夜几乎睡不着觉。真是太可怕了，太可怕了。
我写这封信是为了表达我对我们最近住宿体验的失望。在预订三间客房之前，我打电话确认泳池是否加热，因为我们带着两个小孩。他们向我保证是加热的，但实际上，水很冷。我4岁的孩子甚至连几分钟都待不下去。我选择你们酒店的主要原因之一就是为了让孩子们在水中玩耍。结果，我们最终只能在房间里看电视。
此外，早餐也很差——除了橙子，没有其他水果，也没有酸奶。
作为希尔顿荣誉客会会员，我期待更好的体验。这次住宿没有达到我所期望的希尔顿标准。
