Amazing hotel, very clean and everybody very nice. Pet Friendly, nice breakfast included too. Whole little snack shop downstairs with beer and wine too.

We requested an early check in and were able to get into our room so we had time to get dressed before a wedding.
The staff at check in were welcoming and very pleasant with instructions on the property, shuttle bus schedule, etc.
Breakfast the next morning, was delicious and plenty of options.

Everything nice and clean staff was excellent.i didn't get much sleep the room was right next to elevator.i wish i was told when i made reservations.

我最讨厌的是，入住时被多收了150美元的“杂费”。柜台小姐说这笔费用写在合同里，我应该在预订前看到。但我查了之后并没有看到。显然我别无选择，只能付了——尽管他们告诉我这笔钱可能过几天就会退还。我本来打算住一晚，第二天一早就离开。这完全没必要，因为我不会偷东西或破坏任何东西……我67岁，我妻子64岁。入住期间其他一切都很好，但这件事却让我彻底失望了。不用说，我以后再也不会住这家酒店了。

我们入住期间发生了臭虫事件。经理两天都没来。我们投诉后，工作人员甚至都没来打扫房间。他们根本不关心我们520房间的臭虫问题。这把我们吓坏了，半夜几乎睡不着觉。真是太可怕了，太可怕了。
我写这封信是为了表达我对我们最近住宿体验的失望。在预订三间客房之前，我打电话确认泳池是否加热，因为我们带着两个小孩。他们向我保证是加热的，但实际上，水很冷。我4岁的孩子甚至连几分钟都待不下去。我选择你们酒店的主要原因之一就是为了让孩子们在水中玩耍。结果，我们最终只能在房间里看电视。
此外，早餐也很差——除了橙子，没有其他水果，也没有酸奶。
作为希尔顿荣誉客会会员，我期待更好的体验。这次住宿没有达到我所期望的希尔顿标准。
