The room was clean and the right temperature (not too cold or too hot). The staff were very friendly and had very nice smiles! The pool was great for kids! Jacuzzi was under maintenance at our time of stay! Nice hotel!

Staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean except the couch covers-some minor stains. Perfect for walking to Sesame Place. I would definitely return.

Nice pool and hot tub
Breakfast was the best breakfast I ever had in any hotel. I was truly impressed. Also the lady that puts out the breakfast, asked how the food was. Never had that in any other hotel, I thought that was very nice. Just can't wait to stay again. Also plenty of restaurants, stores and mall near by. Literally right across the street from sesame place, which is convenient! Also they gave you cookies at night, so sweet!

You have good bedding and towels, two things I really appreciate. The breakfast was good. I would have liked more fruit. Staff were very helpful.

Beware of parking charges and overpriced pantry items, including the $6 bottle of water in the room. Carpets were moist and place had a funky smell. We were by the pool so im sure it was just the humidity. Other than that it looked clean and well maintained.
