The room was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Staff was friendly and informative. Breakfast had a good selection and a reasonable price, but the hot food (eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes) was not hot.

Beautiful redo and great for a solo traveler
The service wasn’t bad it was just slow in some cases. They acted like there was something else they had to do other than assist me. It was noticeable and a little annoying.

酒店外观看起来正常。入住时发现床铺明显有人刚睡过，而且床铺没有重新整理或清洁。我们回到前台要求换房时，服务员态度粗鲁，语气生硬，好像我们很碍眼似的。我们经常旅行，之前也住过这家连锁酒店。这次我们花了370美元，没想到房间这么差——房间本身让我们非常失望，但有时也会遇到这种情况。更让我们失望的是服务员的态度。370美元的房费，房间体验本应是一流的，而不是像37美元的汽车旅馆那样糟糕。
酒店干净整洁，环境不错。但是，整个周末都没有热水。酒店还拉响了虚假的火警警报。空调也坏了。此外，我的房费被重复收取了两次。经理敷衍了事，让我等了一整天，却始终没有回电。我不得不打电话给酒店总部投诉。投诉需要48小时调查，而退款则需要调查结束后10天才能到账。
第一晚结束后，大约下午 1 点回到房间，发现房间没有打扫，没有新毛巾，床铺也没有整理；早餐时没有装麦片的碗，热食看起来和前一天一模一样，而且味道像是干巴巴的剩菜；在酒吧点了一杯血腥玛丽，被告知他们没有伏特加，尽管酒吧看起来酒水种类很齐全。
糟糕的客户服务
我当时就坐在旁边，看着一个男人殴打他的妻子。我躲在洗手间里拨打911报警时，来了5个警察。为了我的安全，警察亲自护送我离开，并建议我换个地方住。晚上9点左右，我去了附近的凯悦酒店。几天后，我回去要求退款，但酒店拒绝退款。他们说没有警方的报告……真是岂有此理！
酒店很干净，房间也不错。但是酒店的调酒师态度很差。她对每个人都很粗鲁，包括我们，看得出来她让大家都很不舒服。
房间太大。计划外。楼上噪音太大。
我已经预订了房间，但住在州外，到达酒店前约 30 分钟，我接到一个电话，说他们把房间给了别人，没有其他空房了。
