I booked thru Travelocity and I booked a queen suite and when I got there none where available even though I had booked one and the staff was like sorry it’s Travelocity fault not ours and that’s what you get for booking thru a third party

Absolutely the best reception by staff and my checkin was quick, efficient and courteous. The gentleman who checked us in was truly sharp and knew what he was doing! This is so important since we had a horrible experience at another area motel. The lobby was clean and pretty which set the tone for the entire stay! I travel ALOT since I’m a travel doctor and to be honest this was one of our best hotel experiences to date! We were treated respectfully and the gentleman who checked us in really impressed us! Dont spend your money where you aren’t treated like family! I will be staying here for the duration of my affiliation with the local hospital!

Air conditioner was on a motion sensor and cut off during the night. O had to get up multiple times to reset it. Room got hot and stuffy.

The staff was amazing! The room was spacious and clean. My only gripe is the water pressure in the shower was really low and it was a challenge trying to figure out how to adjust the thermostat.
