The only thing I do not like is having $20 added to my bill because I might have incidentals. I still have not been reimbursed for the $20. The bill at checkout took off the $20 but it still has not been credited to my bank account.

Yes it was clean. My small criticism would be the shower floor was darkened from use. It needs to be scrubbed better.

Hotel was renovating but you really couldn’t tell. Some renovation noise but very minimal. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good with a good selection of choices. One suggestion. Hot items, scrambled eggs, potatoes, meats were over cooked. Especially the eggs. I will stay there again.

The hotel is clean but showing signs of age. The rooms were quiet but the shower had rust stains. It was difficult to keep the room at a comfortable temp. Our check-in was flawless.Breakfast was mediocre.

Drove cross country and stayed in Holiday Inn Express exclusively and found them all rooms to be worn and in need of improvements,

After we checked in, we found they had turned off the water but failed to mention to us at check-in. When we called down they said it would be off for an hour due to construction but were not apologetic for not informing us, as we needed to shower to be at dinner reservations.
房间很干净，床也很舒服。淋浴间看起来是干净的，但闻起来有股霉味。（我猜可能是放多芬沐浴用品的架子后面发霉了？）不过我还是会推荐入住的。
房间布置实用。
可惜当时全市停电了。房间里如果有应急照明就好了（我们在沃尔玛买了三支蜡烛）。
