My room was definitely dirtier than expected, but seemed to be seriously addressed by management. I arrived fairly late and called the front desk and Sarah was very helpful in taking my call immediately and making sure that my late arrival was noted. A young gentleman took her place at the point I arrived who was a little less friendly but perfectly helpful to me, especially considering it was later at night. This hotel was priced very competitively to the overall area and honestly I was going to go camping but had some last minute change of plans so hard to really complain. The lobby and hallway areas are definitely more simple and worn, but have small pieces to suggest a more family-owned feel (like the fall-scented candle). There was a little market where they sold essentials like food and toothpaste but it was locked after hours. There is also a gazebo area with grill and table. I did not test the grill. The room was definitely suite-like and large and passed as modern-ish. It was very big and has a semi-full kitchen with cabinets, basic cups/plates, silverware and cookware. It all could of used a cleaning on it's own before it was to really be trusted, in my opinion. There was refrigerator, which was cleaned out. There was also a hot plate/electric stovetop. That being said, the cleaning really appeared to be more surface-like rather than deep cleaned. I tried to ignore it to get some sleep but the blanket was stained when I uncovered it. I told the guy at the front desk and he was apologetic and gave me a fresh blanket. I tried to ignore it and just use the new blanket and get some sleep. The beds and pillows were decently comfortable, the bed was a bit worn. In the morning, I told the (different) guy there, who appeared to be more of a manager. I was honest with my concerns about the overnight stay: the cleaning was minimal and missed several items like a woman's fingernail on the countertop, stained bedding, crumbs on countertop and small trash pieces under bed/nightstand, etc. He seemed genuinely concerned and understanding. Considering the price, the fact that it wasn't horrible, and that my addressed were taken seriosly, I'd consider staying herer again. Adjacent to the hotel are some walking paths. There is a unique ladder which leads down from the parking lot to the path which was an element of interest.

This is the FILTHIEST hotel room we have ever stayed in. EVERYTHING was dirty. The black-colored bath towels were an instant giveaway. “Housekeeping” (goodness knows what they do!) knocked on the door wanting to get in forty minutes before check-out time. We might have been better off sleeping in our vehicle in the car park! Our one bedroom ‘self contained’ apt. had no: - toilet lid - sink plugs - cloth/tea-towel/detergent/dishwasher powder - coffee/sugar/stirrer etc - drinking glasses - proper utensils etc - second bedside table - second dining table chair (a rolling office chair instead) Won’t be back here.

Room was nice and spacious. Full kitchen was convenient. It was quiet and staff was friendly. Bathtub was large enough to soak comfortably. Breakfast could use some healthier options but otherwise the included amenities were great.

freezer ice machine broken. Shower sprayed water on the ceiling. Bath towels very small and worn. Light fixtures twitches were broken. Breakfast was not desireable. No cereal no milk no fruit no yogurt. Snack items.

我和前台沟通的时候，主要是为了问Savannah的名字（因为她的服务非常出色），我告诉他们房间很脏，而且没有早餐，但他们明确表示不在乎。前一天晚上没来过的人还粗鲁地声称，他们宣传的是欧陆式早餐。这根本不是欧陆式早餐！！！！！
西式早餐包括切片面包、果酱、黄油、咖啡、水果、蔬菜或鸡蛋。有时还会有西式煎蛋卷。
