酒店交通很便利,也挺干净的,就是靠马路,晚上有点吵,我是住留了,所以觉得早餐就那几样,吃厌了,2-3天的话早餐还行。
我们参观完优胜美地国家公园后,选择了住在离弗雷斯诺不远的克洛维斯。这家智选假日酒店提供的住宿条件超出了预期,附近有一家很棒的日式餐厅(Japanese Kitchen),我们在那里享用了美味的晚餐。床和枕头都很舒服。早餐也不错。我们没机会使用泳池或水疗中心。我们只住了一晚,因为第二天就前往贝克斯菲尔德(途中还参观了红杉国家公园)。总体感觉这是一家适合商务旅客的酒店,像是三星级的水平。
房间有股臭味,空调声音特别响,而且空调直吹,体感不好,我订了一晚上,只能将就住住吧,总体来说不推荐。
我预订这里是因为这里有泳池和按摩浴缸。但泳池和按摩浴缸都不卫生,里面脏得连游泳都做不到,所以没法用。我拍了照片。浴缸的淋浴橡胶垫上沾着头发。浴帘上有红色污渍。床不舒服,感觉陷进去了。走廊里还能听到其他客人的笑声和跑动声。酒店全面禁烟,但我们邻居家的走廊里却弥漫着难闻的烟味。
酒店很一般。前台工作人员很粗鲁。房间是在*******预付的。然后他们又扣了我一笔钱。我正在用我的Discover卡对这笔交易提出异议。这家酒店试图重复收费。我不会再住在这里了。
这是我在该地区参加活动时常选择的新酒店。
我在这里度过了非常愉快的时光。前台人员推荐了几家当地的晚餐餐厅。(街对面的汉堡店非常棒,价格也很实惠!)。早餐是我一天中最精彩的部分!免费的丰盛早餐棒极了。选择丰富,食物美味可口。酒店离我的目的地(弗雷斯诺展览中心)很近。我用电脑打印了商务运输标签。前台的Sabrina很热情,她用胶带和袋子装剩下的披萨。第二天她还叫我的名字迎接我,这真是太特别了!在我整个入住期间,她都保持着卓越的服务。感谢你们优秀的员工、干净舒适的酒店,以及所有“额外服务”,比如丰盛的早餐和电脑中心,这些都是疲惫的商务人士梦寐以求的。
房间和酒店都很干净。环境安全。每日客房送餐服务。全套早餐很棒,份量也很足。我们在早餐结束前几分钟到达时,Nichole 小姐非常友好热情。
住宿的好地方
房间干净,一切都很高效。早餐不错,但需要用附近的微波炉加热一下。客房服务很棒,前台人员也随时准备提供帮助。
房间很棒,除了半夜马桶堵塞了。我们打电话叫人来修理,现场没有技术人员,前台也找不到柱塞。不用说,我们不得不半夜走到大堂去上厕所。
我们退房时前台人员没有提供任何帮助。我要求她提供最终账单,但她拒绝了,并告诉我 ******* 会寄给我。我至今仍未收到我所付费用的最终账单。
