I stayed two nights on rewards points with IHG and this king suite I rented was nice. I stayed on the first floor and when I arrived the receptionist greeted me and was very kind. She thanked me for being a rewards member and gave me my keys. I went to the room down the hall to drop my things off and go back out to grab the rest of my food from the car and realized I left my key in the room when I got to my car. I came back in the front and told the receptionist I locked the keys in the room and she was very understanding and gave me a new key and assured me all keys should work for the room still. I cooked on the stove with the burners provided in suite and relaxed in the comfy chair next to the bed. The view was close to my car so I could Autostart my car before work. The cupboard also had free coffee and fruit. Also popcorn which I though was great because I have a popcorn craving. I was very pleased with the stay and would stay again.

Easy parking, great location, clean, huge room and the warmest welcome. We were so impressed with this lovely hotel. You get a kitchen as well as a generous sleeping area, and there’s even a mini shop selling treats as well as free coffee and fruit. A kind and friendly welcome and goodbye made it extra special. I wish all accommodations were this friendly. Very impressive place.

Stayed on IHG loyalty points and apparently got assigned the smallest room they could find, despite reservations well in advance. Got the impression it is sort of an extended stay place for some guests. You can see they are trying to an extent, with maybe a few items upgraded over the years, but mostly pretty worn. The staff seemed nice enough, but it was too dirty to overlook that part.

I called the corporate office about this hotel. Over-large side chairs block us from getting out of the bed. on one side. Overly noise refrigerator had to be unplugged. We paid for the room until noon the next day but the hotel had housekeepers pounding on the door (that had no privacy signs) early the next day to wake is up and try to get us out. Justin, the manger, blamed it on the housekeeper but I think it was a hotel tactic to get into the room as early as they could. If you want a pleasant stay, go somewhere else.

Would NOT recommend staying here. Check your beds to make sure they’re clean m, free of hairs, and have not been slept in. Found a live cockroach at 5am, shook everything out, packed up and checked out abruptly. Room was spacious and quiet.

I was on a road trip and spent the night at Candlewood Suites. Big mistake. There was no door hanger or card to stick in the keycard slot to let housekeeping know that you do not want to be disturbed. They let themselves into my room while I was sleeping and woke me way before I was ready to get up. I was completely exhausted while driving and struggled to stay awake on the road. I would never have wasted over $200 for one night in this hotel if I had known housekeeping wouldn't bother checking if a guest checked out and just strolled into whatever room they wanted to. Shameful behavior!
