Trish greeted us at the front desk and was SUPER!! Never had anyone at any hotel what was friendly and helpful as her. Should be employee of the year. No, I never met her before and we are not related.

Lacked sleep

Service was great however we were unable to actually sleep for a a couple of reasons. The room 220 is above the entrance in which the doors open and closes all day and not as much but still used throughout the evening. You can hear it. As well as the person staying above us was very heavy footed. Breakfast was nice and staff were very friendly. While the accommodation was affordable we will have to seek a better place for our next trip.

Great stay!

We were attending a concert locally to the hotel. The shuttle they provided to the venue was great. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was very good!

The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly. My one concern was that the bath tub/shower is very unsafe. Only one grab bar poorly placed, tub is slippery. I was very afraid of falling. My son in law in another room did fall in the tub. His feet went out from under him. Thankfully not hurt he had a fractured femur/surgery 3 months ago. Could have been devastating. Please add grab bars and change cleaner that does not make surface slippery.

All staff friendly and welcoming. Every inch of hotel is spotless ! So clean ! Appreciated that! Room was large and bathroom was immaculate as well! Will definitely stay at one of your hotels again!

The check-in was just OK due to the training of a new employee who took an inordinate amount of time to complete the registration. However, the manager stepped in and helped to facilitate the process. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
