@********** and @hampton from @hilton too horrible care of me. Didn't stay in the room and still charged. Just horrible customer service. @********** is impossible to get in touch with. They hung up on a long text chain from customer service.

The staff was great but they had no clue how to use the room TV a guide would be a great addition. Found I had no replacement towel paper in the middle of the night. The rooms are old but they try to keep them looking good but our bathroom had a lot of dark water stains in the shower and sink. I think if these things can be addressed it’s a good place to stay.

Absolutely fine
Very short overnight stay for us. We've always used this Hampton Inn as our default hotel in area. It is not intended to be a luxury experience, but it's absolutely all you need. Quiet, safe, comfortable. Good enough for me.

The receptionist at the front desk was very rude, my room was also Dirty Never cleaned it or put me into Different room had a Bad experience..

The room was comfortable. The beds were clean, but overall it did not feel clean. The bathroom was not clean.

Clean, comfortable and easy to find. Close to main ***** of Edenton and very quiet. The breakfast offering is robust, and the staff were friendly.

The room was small.
I had reserved a room with two queen beds through Expeded but ended up in a room with a queen bed and a pull out.
I requested a different room however, the manager on duty said they could not change it because it was through a third-party. They said their change button was grayed out. However, according to *******, the representative stated Hampton Inn could change my room. Hampton Inn refused.

The staff was very friendly. While the room accomodations were updated, the height of the toilet seat was too low.
