Check in great, valet great but parking expensive. Told at check in bottled water in room. At arrival, no water. No TV remote. I called front desk, one sent up, I asked person about water and was given a pitcher of water. Got into shower this morning, no soap. I rented 3 rooms. One friend had no water. Other room had pastries with ‘Welcome Mark’ note on it. Rooms obviously not ready for guests.

The Brown Palace is top notch in service and accommodations, but has some issues that come with a building of this age. No controls for the temperature in the rooms ( a staff member has to come to the room to manually adjust a hidden control to change the temperature).

Terrible - wouldn't change room for me. Checked into room 625, but there was no air. They gave me room 425, and the same issue was there. Finally, I was given room 702 same issue. Met a nice house keeping gentlemen that assisted me and my husband, to get the air moving.

我会给布朗宫酒店打2/5星。之所以能得2星,完全是因为早餐时服务员表现出色。他们非常友好、和蔼,而且服务周到。绝对推荐大家专门去酒店吃个早餐,就为了见见他们。至于其他方面,顶多算是差强人意。我付了350多美元的房费,结果退房时又额外支付了109美元,仅仅是为了上网和酒店设施费。以这家酒店的条件来说,这些费用绝对应该包含在房费里。总的来说,前台工作人员态度粗鲁、冷淡,一点也不乐于助人。酒店里确实有一些很棒的历史文物,但不足以让它配得上我们支付的价格。
前台应该提前告诉我他们要举办大型活动,会在某个时间段制造各种噪音,然后把我安排到一个远离噪音的房间。我感觉糟透了,刚下了一夜的飞机,胃里难受极了。下午四点,各种哔哔声响个不停。音响师根本不知道自己在干什么。音响测试的声音大得惊人,感觉就像他们在我的房间里一样。而且某个机器的哔哔声持续了很久,噪音还回荡着。为什么要在大堂举办活动,周围都是客房呢?真是太愚蠢了。房间在屏风后面,走廊里还堆满了设备,我当时就很担心。我当时就想,这到底是怎么回事?如果我知道会发生这种事,我肯定不会住在这里。通常酒店举办活动都会在远离客房的宴会厅举行。我打电话下去询问噪音问题,告诉她房间太吵了。那个女孩说大家都知道这里要举办活动。我们每年都举办这个活动,已经持续50年了。真的吗?我不住在这儿,像大多数人一样,我是通过第三方预订的房间。我问她这种情况还要持续多久?她说她不知道?真是荒谬至极。前台经理需要好好培训一下员工。还有客房服务。我打电话问有没有价格表,因为大多数酒店都会有一本酒店介绍册,上面会列出客房服务的价格。接电话的女孩让我上网查菜单。结果网上根本没有价格?其他问题——暖气。
员工很棒……非常热情周到,私人导览也很棒。在丘吉尔酒吧享用饮品和雪茄非常惬意。不知道是谁批准了酒店的翻新工程,但很明显他们完全没有保护酒店历史的意识。如果不是因为这些廉价仓促的翻新,这家酒店绝对可以达到五星级标准。
