The property was okay. The room was lacking some things. As a couple who travels, we appreciate an additional chair. This room has a sleeper sofa, king bed, a chaise lounge of some sort that looked uncomfortable, tiny bed side tables (i use a cpap machine with oxygen bled into it, so this is a big issue for me), limited lighting, communal soap, lotion, etc (meaning a big bottle with a pump instead of individual use), a refrigerator that did what it was supposed to do, but rocked horribly and was not level, no blankets except the duvet on the bed. Perhaps there were some hidden in the pull out sofa, but we didn't want to go through that effort to find one. Everyone we encountered who was staff were very kind.

Even though we had the do not disturb sign out housekeeping decided to start knocking at 9:00 AM and came in. Left an AirPod and when we went back the front lady was as rude about it as possible. Said the room was already cleaned and it was probably gone. I pushed back and got in the room, it wasn’t cleaned and we found the AirPod

The lady & gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Easy access to the Interstate and plenty of late night food options were available within walkable distance.

Hotel’ staff was very welcoming. The hotel and room were clean. Good hot complimentary breakfast. Ringgold is a small town full of history. Great local restaurants. It was a great stop.

One night stay coming back from vacation.

It was a good stay convenient right off the interstate. Rooms were clean just needed some remodeling. Plenty of places to eat right by the hotel.

We were not at the hotel but one night. It was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent. The only complaint is that the bed was not at all comfortable. We had a long drive ahead of us and my husband back hurt pretty bad when we woke up so he was fairly tired all tired. We would stay here again if we ever drove through Georgia again.
