The hotel staff were very nice. The accommodations were comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast but were surprised that it was a $12.00/person extra charge. The shuttle service was great!!

The room was nice but the walls were so thin that I could hear the conversations in the next room. Not to mention all of the freeway noise you could hear with the window and blinds closed. Also the refrigerator was so loud that it would sometimes wake me up. All of this caused a lot of problems getting a good night's sleep and I would not stay there again. My recommendation would be to get some sound proof insulation or something because not only would it help with noise reduction but also with privacy as well

Staff was so nice. The lady that checked us in was so nice and I wish I would’ve gotten her name. Rooms were clean. And I liked how they excepted dogs because a lot of hotels would not in the area.

The staff went above and beyond! I had a very early flight and they had a coffee and muffin waiting for me for my free shuttle to the airport. Cannot recommend enough!

Close to the Akron airport, food service / bar till around 11, had a good pick of snacks in the front for purchase as well. The staff was very friendly. The entire check-in check out process was easy and smooth. I would stay here again.

Convenient Location; Lousy Soundproofing
Our hotel was clean, staff were friendly, bed was comfortable; only true complaint is the excessive noise from the highway behind the hotel.
Although a new building the windows &/or walls clearly do not keep the traffic noise out and as a result loud vehicles woke us up repeatedly during our two-night stay.
A restful night at this Garden Inn is not possible if your room is on the interstate highway side of the hotel or without wearing ear plugs.

Service above and beyond
Have stayed here many times while visiting Walsh University. In this stay service went beyond normal service standards: we had a flat tire from lodged metal piece obtained from prior evening drive in North Canton area. A hotel maintenance man helped us get the ultra tight lug nuts off with a longer improvised lug wrench, saved us time, worry, and money.
