The staff was OUTSTANDING!!! So friendly and welcoming!!! The room was spotless. The wings at the restaurant were the best I ever had. My only problem was the highway right outside my window. Sam at the desk gave me a noise machine which helped. The location was extremely convenient. I recommend for early flights!

Friendly staff However, the sidewalk outside your property was uneven, and my mother who is 81 years old fell on your sidewalk. Luckily she didn’t break anything. Please look at your property and maintain the sidewalks.

We checked the into our room bout 10PM. The front desk clerk is outstanding!!!! He made us feel welcome and went out of his way to make us extremely comfortable after a very long day

The hotel staff were very nice. The accommodations were comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast but were surprised that it was a $12.00/person extra charge. The shuttle service was great!!

The room was nice but the walls were so thin that I could hear the conversations in the next room. Not to mention all of the freeway noise you could hear with the window and blinds closed. Also the refrigerator was so loud that it would sometimes wake me up. All of this caused a lot of problems getting a good night's sleep and I would not stay there again. My recommendation would be to get some sound proof insulation or something because not only would it help with noise reduction but also with privacy as well
