Clean, and the staff was wonderful everything that was needed for a nice comfortable stay was provided. I highly recommend them. I will book again.

Customer service was mediocre. Rooms were clean but the beds were not very comfortable. We didn’t get very good sleep unfortunately.

The hotel is accessible from the highway. Plenty of shopping options available nearby.
Only complaint is the noise from the hallway. You hear the people talking as it were in your room.

staff very cordial- daily breakfast was great except for Sunday- did not replace items very quickly at all- dining area was dirty. just Sunday was bad- the rest of our stay was very clean and was food was replenished quickly

The room had a weird odor, like they were trying to cover something up with chemicals. It was so overpowering. We considered asking to change rooms, but quickly realized the entire hotel smelled like chemicals no matter where you went. Our room backed up to a hallway that lit up our room at night. The toilet backed up. We asked for a cot for our toddler to sleep on and they didn’t have any. We asked for extra blankets and they didn’t have any extra—not even one. It was hands down the worst experience we’ve ever had at a hotel. We almost left early, but stayed for the sake of seeing family while we were in town.

The staff was very accommodating. We stayed because I was having hip surgery and the hotel was just down the street from the surgery center. I called before we arrived and asked if we could get a room on the 1st floor due to the surgery and they were more than willing to make that happen for us.

Staff decided to dump chlorine in the pool during peak time for kids having a stay, left family early to goto the pool only to have poor decision making from staff ruin our kids stay
Bathroom door in 117 wont shut as well, really run down for a hilton brand
