My check in process was horrible. The ******* app charged me more then the hotel rate which caused the hotels systems to reject my payment . It took me over an hour to get resolved and very upset

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff were very thorough. Room had odd smell like dirt or old bug spray. Microwave handle was broken. Shower curtain wasn’t long enough for the tub.

Originally had our room of a 1 BR mixed up and not available had us in a 2 queen room. Talked front desk & they had no 1 BR available. Was going to cancel but decided to wait & see if they did anything next day. They rearranged their reservations the next day & moved us to the room we had reserved. Anyone can make a mistake, it is how it is corrected that counts and they corrected their error. Great front desk staff. Many restaurants nearby.

The elevator stopped working when I was there. I was only going downstairs because my key wasn’t working. The manager asked when I was checking out which I thought was weird since he had to pull me up to get my card to work. I had to walk up and down the stairs afterwards cause they couldn’t fix the elevator. The lady that checked me in was extremely nice nice and helpful on my checkin day

Nice place.
Nice room, very comfortable. My only dissatisfaction with this chain is that they don't offer a breakfast. That's the main reason I rarely stay at Candlewood. If the hotel next to them (where I regularly stay) had not been full I would have stayed there.
It's a nice property, though.

Desk has an attitude and was not appreciate at all. Hotel under construction, debris around Sheetrock mud tracked into the common areas, smells and more.
一切都还好，前台工作人员非常棒！！所有女士都非常友善热情。但是，马桶坏了，整晚都在发出噪音！！尤其是冲水的时候，而且淋浴水压也很小。除此之外，体验还算可以。
我们的住宿体验非常好。但是，酒店周边环境令人担忧，因为很多人在酒店附近闲逛。
