The staff was really good and you could tell the rooms had been recently upgraded. They were painting the outside of the building while I was there. My two challenges were about the TV remote and hot water. The TV might have been a smart TV but it was hard to operate and I could not get hot water. Otherwise a good experience.

It was a nice stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room and dining area was clean. The pool could have been heated, but we managed just fine.

The hotel was recently remodeled which was nice. The night attendant Jay was wonderful. We did have a few issues. We pulled out the sofa sleeper to discover used sheets and chicken bones.. the wifi was nonexistent and i had to use my.phones hotspot to watch tv. The pool was.cold and murky. There also was a little league team that spent most of the evening running up and down the hallways and stairwell.. another downside was 1 ice machine, it was on the 1st floor , we were on the 3rd.

很遗憾，我们住得不太好。第一天晚上，我们的恒温器坏了，所以第二天早上我们被换到了另一个房间。那个房间有臭虫。他们主动提出给我们换个房间，但那个房间有烟味，我们住在那里感觉不舒服，所以我们就离开了，换了另一家酒店。

房间非常干净舒适。他们正在翻新一楼，所以前台确保我们住在顶楼，远离噪音，我敢肯定我的孩子肯定很吵……抱歉。客户服务也很棒！
