Great property in Heber Springs. The staff is fantastic especially Dawna. They always welcome our group in a friendly fantastic way. Love returning to the property!

i’ve had better

We were disappointed that on the 1st day of our stay, no one cleaned our room, make the bed or even bother to give us fresh towels. I had to go to the desk to request more towels & request that the room be cleaned. During the remaining stay, “cleaning” consisted of: the bed was made ( but sheets not changed) trash was emptied & we got clean towels. Not the Holiday Inn experience I remember from previous stays.

1 night Heber Springs stay

1 night stay at Heber Springs. Room was very nice. Beds very comfy. Size nice for a family of 4. Bathroom large and lots of counter space. Nice sitting area in room as well. Pool was great, on the smaller size but perfect to relax by.

I had paid ******* for 4 rooms. We were only able to get 3 rooms. Then I was told I would have to get a refund from *******. So now I will have to jump through hoops to get a refund.

Needs new Management!!!!!

Manager was very rude!! I booked 2 night stay and second night we came back from eating and we were locked out of our room. Went to front desk and asked why we were locked out . I showed her that i had payed for 2 nights. She never could figure it out but finally gave me keys to my room. When we’re leaving the next morning she then could find my receipt. Manager came out and was rude like we had done something wrong. Told the other girls she would have to straighten it out. Very unprofessional! Never apologized or nothing. Do better Holiday Inn, Heber Springs , Arkansas!!!
