The staff were very good. Friendly, understanding, but our room on the ground floor was so terribly humid. I thought the AC would make it better, but it didn’t. My husband went to the desk to ask for a dehumidifier, but they didn’t have one. The desk attendant offered us to change rooms, but my kids didn’t want to, and I thought it would get better. It didn’t. It was a terrible experience. At breakfast, my daughter heard other people complaining about their rooms being humid, as well. Oh, and the pool was closed because they’d been having bad weather recently (but not that day?).

desk clerk charged me for room even though I had paid in advance to *******. Called hotel and was referred to manager who was supposed to call back - he/she did not. followed up with ******* to resolve and second charge was removed.

We were there during the start of a heatwave when they temperatures were 90+ degrees when our AC in our room went out. They said they were at capacity so they gave us a fan and said we didn't have any other options. They next day once people checked out we were able to move rooms, so a smaller non suite room and they never mentioned any compensation for the trouble or bc we moved to a smaller room

Very nice staff. Clean rooms but ice machines were broken on all floors except one. No water at breakfast

总体来说还不错。由于错过了航班,我无法在抵达当晚办理入住手续。第二天早上我到达时,我的预订被取消了,即使我进行了新的预订,我直到下午才被允许领取房间(我未领取的房间应该已经准备好了,因为我应该在前一天领取它......)。
经理仍然同意通过 ********** 支持退还部分旧预订款项,这是两害相权取其轻。
我的空调出了问题,第一天晚上他们给了我一台风扇,然后他们说修好了,但恒温器一直没工作
