The location of the hotel is easy to access, if you’re in the area for a couple days, there is tons of shopping to do. The hotel itself was in very good condition! I was really impressed after seeing so many hotels go downhill in the last few years that the staff really took pride in their work. He kept the coffee area and breakfast as well stocked and clean. The room was clean, the sheets smells clean. And the staff themselves were just really Kind and nice. They had the hotel decorated so nicely for Christmas, like people truly care there. You just don’t see it that much anymore so I really felt a review should be given!

It was a great stay. The staff was very friendly plenty of coffee hot chocolate 24/7 the room was spacious and very clean. The gym was good. Location was great very pleased

The staff was nice and as efficient as possible when it was quite busy. The rooms were clean if a bit outdated. The mattresses were not firm and sank a bit. The air was also a bit weird you had two temperatures boiling hot or ice cold with a breeze. Overall I would stay there again but come prepared to sleep in ever changing climate conditions. 🙃

We very much enjoy the convenience of the location to historic Mount Airy and to many scenic drives. The property was inviting and decorated in an autumn theme which made for a warm atmosphere at breakfast. The breakfast attendant was wonderful. Check in was a busy time but the lady at the desk was so friendly and wonderful at multitasking! Our rooms (2) were immaculate and plenty of towels and wash cloths! We would definitely recommend!

Ladies were very sweet at check in. Answered all my questions and informed us as out the shuttle to the Autumn Festival. Morning breakfast was great as well. It was a put together buffet. Thanks

Yes! Yes! Rugs in the hallways and in the lobby area were dirty!
The concrete in the front was dirty! It needs power washed’
