Rooms were clean but what stood out the most was the bed. The mattress was new or VERY well taken care of.

Comfortable bed, good breakfast, friendly & courteous staff all around. The gentleman that checked us in made us feel like we were guests at his home, rather than a hotel.

The room was very clean, the staff members were always ready to assist and provide needed information, the breakfast was great and the gym is up to the latest standards.

酒店介绍中说有室内游泳池。结果入住后才发现游泳池正在维修，关闭了。预订前我曾致电酒店，但并未被告知游泳池无法使用。我的预订只有在提前24小时通知的情况下才能退款。我觉得这是虚假宣传。
真是令人失望的一次住宿体验！
浴室很脏——马桶和洗手池显然都没打扫过。最糟糕的是，走廊里一直弥漫着一股难闻的烟味和污秽味。甚至有些工作人员身上也散发着难闻的气味。
水疗中心和游泳池都关闭了，这让人非常失望。而且我们也没有得到任何补偿。
绝对不会再住这家酒店了。

前台工作人员态度很好。酒店简直糟糕透了。泳池和水疗中心都关闭了。第一间房没有热水。第二间房的浴缸排水不畅，马桶也一直漏水。我打电话给经理，但他没有回复。前台说他周一会回来。
房间不干净
抵达后，我们立即发现房间没有彻底清洁。镜子和桌子都明显很脏。冰箱里还有前一位客人留下的食物。我们两次通知前台，但房间始终没有打扫。酒店客满，也没有其他房间可以安排我们入住。结果，我们只能自己对整个房间进行消毒，才能安心入住。这种情况非常不妥，令人无法接受。
泳池和热水浴缸都无法使用。他们已经装修很久了，但房源信息里没有注明。而且电话也无人接听。
我房间里的味道糟透了！幸好我有个遥控器！
